This is a small personal project. My wife and I are going through the same waiting game you are, and I wanted a clearer picture of how the queue is moving. I'm sharing it in case it helps others in the same boat.

What this is for: By pooling a few dates from people who are waiting or have heard back, we can see how fast the queue is moving, how long queries take to turn into decisions, and roughly when to expect news. Every entry makes the picture a little more accurate for everyone.

What I ask for: Just the timeline: your DOD, any query and decision dates, and a few general details like sponsor track and VFS city. It takes about a minute.

What I don't collect: No names, emails, phone numbers, passport details or full application numbers. You don't need to sign up or log in, and we don't track who you are or where you're visiting from. You'll get a private code when you submit, so you can edit or delete your entry whenever you like. Charts only show results once enough people have contributed, so no one's entry can be recognised.

A gentle note: Everything here is community-reported, so treat the estimates as a guide, not an official timeline. If it's useful to you, please pass the link on to anyone else who is waiting.
